Different Drop Delivery - Sydney Metro: If no one is home and there are no special delivery instructions, the courier will try to call for instructions. If the driver believes there is a safe space to leave your wine they will do so if not, they will return the item to us and hold your order until further instruction from you. 

Anonymous Wine Freight: If no one is home and there are no special delivery instructions, the courier will try to call for instructions. If the driver believes there is a safe space to leave your wine they will do so. if not, they will return the item to their dispatch centre and hold until further instruction from you.

Australia Post: Australia Post will leave the parcel if they have been given authority to leave and it is deemed safe to do so. To give your Authority to Leave, please enter this in the 'SPECIAL REQUEST' box at checkout

** We are finding that Australia post is leaving more items at the moment- If you would like to make sure Australia post does not leave your wines, please write in the special request box: 

 "Signature Required. Take to Post Office if not home". 

This isn't foolproof, so if you want to be 100% sure, please get your post directed to your local post office and collect from there. 

You can also add delivery instructions in your MyPost account. This is linked to your mobile number and email address.
