We offer free returns on orders for up to 100 days after purchase.

We’re all about long-term relationships at Different Drop, so please never hesitate to contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

Some things to keep in mind:

  • We can't accept returns of products that have been opened, or has label or other cosmetic damage (eg: it's been sitting in an esky with water and ice).
  • We don't accept returns on Special Orders - this is just if we order the wines in specially for you, or you have had a minimum purchase amount.
  • We don't accept returns on gifts or Shipping hold orders.
  • If it's been more than 100 days since your order we are unable to accept a return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if we think the policy is being taken advantage of unfairly.
