Breakages and lost parcels are rare (less than 1% of our deliveries!) but they still can happen.
Just reach out to us and we will find a resolution for you, whether that be chasing up for delivery, sending you a new order or refunding you for the damaged items.
Note for Australia Post: they will let us know if they have damaged/lost an order in transit but it may take up to a week before we receive the news. We will make every effort to get this information sooner and sort you out.
