I need to change my delivery addressUpdated a year ago

Different Drop & Specialist Courier Deliveries: Please contact us as soon as possible. Our warehouse is quick, so the sooner we receive the request, the better chance we have at changing the delivery address!

 

Australia Post Deliveries: Please contact us right away. If your order has not been dispatched we may be able to change the address for you. If it has been dispatched, we can request an address update after the first scan at a processing facility. If an order is redirected, this will affect the shipping timeline. It’ll take an extra day for Australia Post to intercept it, plus it may take additional days to deliver your parcel to the new address depending on where it is. 

 

If you have the Australia Post app or a MyPost account, you can redirect your order to another address (including post offices and Parcel Lockers) up until the day before your order is out for delivery. Using your app or MyPost account is the best way to ensure the redirection goes smoothly. 

 

Tip: When registering a myPost account, use the same email that you used to shop with us. All your tracking will then appear automatically when you log in. If you aren’t able to do this, please get in touch directly with Australia Post on 13 76 78. You'll want to quote your eParcel Job ID which can be found on your tracking page and starts with "JTK". If you can't find that number, give us a call.
