How do I track an order?Updated a year ago

Different Drop Delivery - Sydney Metro: As long as your order does not contain any items advising delayed dispatch we'll dispatch your order the next day.The Different Drop team will deliver your wines and you'll receive a SMS message with live tracking when the driver is on route to your address. 

Anonymous Wine Freight - Melbourne Metro: Our Melbourne Wine Courier picks up from our warehouse on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and delivers the following day to Melbourne Metro. You'll receive an email from us when it has been dispatched from Sydney and a SMS message that evening from the courier company with tracking details. You'll receive another SMS when your order has been delivered. If you find yourself stuck, feel free to contact us and we can track your order for you!

Anonymous Wine Freight - Brisbane Metro: Our Brisbane Wine Courier picks up from our warehouse at the beginning of the week and delivers the Thursday or Friday of that same week. You'll receive an email from us when it has been dispatched from Sydney and a SMS message that evening from the courier company with tracking details. You'll receive another SMS when your order has been delivered. If you find yourself stuck, feel free to contact us and we can track your order for you!


Australia Post - There are 2 ways to do this:

  1. When your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking code. Follow the instructions in the email to track your order.
  2. Log in to your Different Drop account. Under 'My Account', select 'ORDERS'. Click 'VIEW'. Under the list of ordered items, find your tracking number. Click the link and you will be redirected to Australia Post's Tracking website.
