How do I return my order?Updated a year ago

1. Contact us and provide your order details. One of our friendly team will help organise everything.
2. We can do this in a few different ways:

• We will create an Australia Post Shipping label for you and you can drop it off at your local post office
• You can drop it off at our Sydney warehouse: F5A, 42 Wattle St, Ultimo, 2007.
• When packing the return, our box is best but any wine box will do. Please just ensure the bottles are snug and secure for delivery.

3. Once it has arrived back at our warehouse, we will process the refund to the original method of payment or through to a gift card.
