Different Drop - Heat Policy

Unless you tell us otherwise, we will always ship your order.

With Australia being such a vast and sprawling country monitoring the weather in every location we deliver to is not realistic. Moreover we can’t predict what every customer's definition of ‘too hot’ will be. 

If you want your order held to avoid heat it is your responsibility to let us know. Please  contact us before or immediately after placing your order and we will schedule dispatch for a future date. 


Heat Damage: If you believe your wine has been subject to heat damage, please contact [email protected] We will address the matter immediately and work with you to find an appropriate solution. Whatever happens, we'll look after you!

Shipping hold: We offer the option to hold orders over $150 for up to 90 days. This is so you can avoid transport in the hot seasons. You just need to choose Shipping hold as your shipping method at checkout. Please include in the "special requests" box a date when you would like us to get things moving.

Please note: the same returns policy applies, after 90 days we cannot accept any returns of shipping holds.
