With Australia being such a vast country, monitoring the weather in every location we deliver to is not realistic. Moreover, every customer has a different definition of ‘too hot’.

If you want your order held to avoid heat, it is your responsibility to let us know. Please contact us before or immediately after placing your order and we will schedule dispatch for your desired future date. The easiest way is to simply reply to the order confirmation email with your instructions. We are happy to safely store your order for up to 6 months.
